Zusammenfassung:Abstract: The informatization of industrialized societies has to be seen as a process marked by three dynamics: which knowledge is the legitimized one; is there a market for this knowledge, and, can knowledge be used as a power-ressource to reach strategic goals? The paper reports several views on this issue. It is devided in three parts: (1) the theoretical range of the keyword information and concepts of knowledge; (2) networks as an organizational model to distribute information, and (3) theuse of information in the reality of work and virtual reality scenes. The twelve authors show that an interdisciplinary approach on the relationship of information and power is a fruitful one.;
