| Zusammenfassung: | The study is mainly based on an analysis of the political discourses about education and employment (parliamentary debates, various periodicals from social partners, etc.) on the one hand, and medium term analyses of quantitative data about education (pupils, students, finance timeseries) and the labour market. The main theme is how the political actors understand the co-ordination between educaton and labour market, and of educational planning in these co-ordination processes.
