Zusammenfassung:The Yearbook "Austria's External Economic Relations 2007" reports on the global as well as the Austrian development of foreign trade from a broad point of view. In this book, external economic relations are divided into its three parts: trade in goods, trade in services, and foreign direct investment. Each of these parts is analysed in detail and in relation to each other. Moreover the book deals with matters of integration of the global economy, e.g., trade and development. The status-quo and the prospects of the Doha Round of multilateral free-trade negotiations are illuminated, as well as Europe's dependency on power supply. The publication ends with a comprehensive bibliography (including current web-links to the specific issues) of scientific literature, relevant for Austria.
