Zusammenfassung: | Abstract: Within the austrian discussion about school failure there are many different definitions and calculations of this social phenomena to be found. Several medias use the same words but mean different versions of school-failure. Several institutions calculate the same version of school-failure but receive completely different numbers. In this paper the author tries to develop a differentiated definition of school-failure which is grounded in the structure of the austrain school system. Bytrying to figure out the number of people being concerned deficiencies in the data available are pointed out and calculations of the same phenomena differing from 1% to 12% are detected.; |
